The service

Parousai is a private-beta service operated by Shashank Shetty, a sole proprietor in Mumbai, India. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Private beta, as is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Briefs and answers are produced from the data you provide and may be incomplete or wrong, so check anything important against your own records before you rely on it. Terms of access for the beta, including any fees, are agreed with you directly.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to store and process it, including through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload or connect the data you provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or upload data you have no right to use.
• Do not try to access another customer's data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service.
• Keep your login and any connected credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or end access, for example for breach of these terms or if the beta closes. On request we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the service's output.
